Tell us how your body feels today and how much experience you have. Yoga builds a session for your level, then guides you pose by pose with alignment cues and clear safety notes.
Answer a few questions about your experience, your body, and how you feel today. There is no camera and no judgment.
The sequence considers your level, available time, and any restrictions. You can see why each choice was made.
On-screen timing, alignment cues, and safety notes guide each pose. Pause, skip, or stop whenever you need to.
Your history, weekly consistency, and level progress make it easier to notice the habit you are building.
The app is designed to start gently, but no app can assess your body. Every routine passes a deterministic safety check that blocks advanced poses for beginners and removes inversions when you report neck, lower-back, shoulder, wrist, knee, or hip pain, pregnancy, high blood pressure, or vertigo. It substitutes a safer option and explains the reason. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
A short check-in covers experience, practice frequency, restrictions, and how you feel today. AI suggests a level from 0, first-time beginner, to 3, advanced, plus an adjustment for the day. The deterministic safety check, not AI, has the final say on what enters your routine.
Choose 10, 15, 20, or 30 minutes. For levels 0 and 1, the app caps the full routine at 40 minutes even if a suggested sequence would run longer.
Yoga is a paid subscription: there is one plan, Pro, which includes AI-personalized routines and feedback, group sessions, and your full practice history. A free trial may be offered before billing begins; see Pricing for the current trial length and price. Safety guidance, the deterministic practice fallback, and access to your own data are never behind a paywall, whether or not you subscribe.
No camera is used. Guidance comes from written alignment cues and an on-screen figure. A yoga mat or another comfortable, nonslip surface and clothes you can move in are enough.
Yes. In a live group session, the person who creates the room controls the pace and everyone follows the same phase together.
No. Yoga can guide a practice, but it cannot replace advice from a qualified health professional or teacher, especially if you have a health condition or persistent pain.
Pro is an optional subscription billed monthly or annually through Stripe. If a trial is offered, its length and the date charging begins are shown before you check out. You can cancel anytime from the Customer Portal in Billing; Pro access continues through the period you already paid for. See Pricing for the current price.
